WHAT DOES MYCARD 代儲 MEAN?

Are unable to login towards the application. Preserve receiving an error. App is English although the mistake is in Chinese so I don't know what it is actually. Rebooted telephone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned off facts for a couple of minutes, but no use. I nonetheless are unable to log in for the application.不逃漏稅沒這麼低的�?
